2.2 When placing an order on an account registered as a company, the registered company is in all respects to be regarded as a contractual legal party.

3.5 If your product/shipment is damaged in transit, please report the incident to customer service via the support page . We ask you to report hidden transport damage within 7 days of receipt. We recommend that you report visible transport damage as soon as possible after receipt. At the latest, the defect must be reported within a reasonable time, which is 2 months from receipt. If there are special circumstances, it can be reported later. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the cost of the product not being reimbursed by Ideal Vision AB.
4. Delay in delivery
4.1 The customer may, by written notice to Teuton Systems, cancel the agreement as far as it relates to delayed products if the delay in delivery due to Teuton Systems or any circumstance on his side lasts more than 45 days. Teuton Systems undertakes to refund the amount paid in advance within 20 working days.
5. price and payment
5.1 On Teuton Systems' website and in its catalogue, prices and fees are exclusive of value added tax and other taxes and charges, and also exclusive of any shipping or postage costs, which are based on Teuton Systems' current price list on the day of delivery. Teuton-systems.com only delivers within Sweden and all products are sold with 25% VAT.
5.2 Teuton Systems reserves the right to adjust the prices stated in section 5.1 at any time before the delivery date, provided that the customer is notified. The customer then has the right to cancel the purchase in writing in accordance with section 8 below.

6. delays in payment
6.1 If the customer does not pay on time, Teuton Systems is entitled to receive interest on arrears according to law and, where applicable, to withhold delivery or part thereof.
6.2 If the customer is in default of payment more than 30 days after Teuton Systems has requested the customer to pay the amount due, Teuton Systems may, by written notice to the customer, cancel the agreement in whole or in part. If Teuton Systems cancels the agreement, Teuton Systems is also entitled to damages.

The customer is not entitled to transfer or grant the right of use to products covered by retention of title.
8. right of cancellation
8.1 As our customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of the date you received the product, provided that the packaging is unbroken.
a) If you are a trader, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and can only cancel your purchase if the product packaging is unbroken. If an error recommendation is made in contact with the seller, the 14-day cancellation period also applies to broken packaging.
b) Products built to order (e.g. Teuton Systems PC) only have a 14-day cancellation period.
c) If the original packaging and/or accessories (cables, product manual, etc.) are missing at the time of cancellation, Teuton Systems reserves the right to invoice the customer 10% of the value of the goods up to SEK 500. The invoice has a 30-day payment period and is received by e-mail in connection with the return being finalised.
9. Guarantee
9.1 Our products, with the exception of mobile phones (see special conditions point 9.6), come with the guarantees offered to us by the manufacturer or supplier. This means, in the first instance, repair if your product breaks. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an equivalent product. As a customer, you cannot claim any additional product warranty from Teuton Systems.
9.2 If you buy a computer as a private individual, you as the original customer have the right to complain about your product within 1 year from the day you received it.
9.3 The trader is not entitled to make a claim after the warranty period.
9.4 The serial number must be intact for the computer warranty to be valid.
9.5 Remember that damage to the computer caused by excessive dust in the computer will invalidate the warranty and the right of complaint. Our recommendation is not to leave the computer on the floor but to hang it under the desk. Clean it a few times a year with air in a can and thus increase the life of the computer.
9.6 The basic functions of our mobile phones are guaranteed to work at the time of delivery. However, the hardware, GrapheneOS operating system, apps and other software are not developed by Teuton Systems and we therefore cannot be responsible for or offer any warranty for any errors or defects that may appear or arise in the future.

Teuton Systems is responsible for return shipping for valid complaints.

(d) normal operational maintenance such as adjustment, normal wear and tear or the need to purchase consumables.
11.4 If the customer has reported a fault and it turns out that there is no fault for which Teuton Systems is responsible, the customer shall compensate Teuton Systems according to Teuton Systems' price list applicable at any time.
11.5 Teuton Systems' liability for errors is limited to the above unless there is gross negligence. The customer cannot make other claims against Teuton Systems due to errors.

13.4 Should Teuton Systems be prevented from delivering or redelivering or if such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of labour disputes or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties such as fire, war, mobilisation or unexpected military call-ups of equivalent proportions, requisitions, seizures, currency restrictions, insurrections and riots, transport obstacles, shortage of goods, shortage of fuel, as well as delays in deliveries from subcontractors or producers as a result of similar circumstances as mentioned in this paragraph, Teuton Systems is free from all liability with the exception of complaints and crediting of missing products.

15.2 The price and availability of the Products are based on the time you added the Products to the shopping basket. We reserve the right to change prices slightly in connection with various promotions with expiry dates. Products may also have sold out.
We can also send out order documents, customer surveys and follow-up emails after purchase.
If you contact www.teuton-systems.com by e-mail, your e-mail case and contact information will be stored with us. If you contact Teuton Systems by phone, your phone number is stored with us.
