Before you get in touch

Hardware failure on your TS computer? Please get in touch using the form below. If the fault is covered by the warranty, we will repair it free of charge and return the computer to you. If it is not covered, a troubleshooting fee of SEK 295 plus postage may apply.

Software, Linux or settings? We guarantee that the basic configuration is correct on delivery. As a customer, you receive discounted assistance; if you are not a customer, you can purchase support via our Remote assistance and consultation — there you will find current prices for remote control, phone guidance and submission.

Contact support

Describe your case as thoroughly as possible – which product it concerns, what is happening and preferably the steps that lead to the error. Do you need to attach a screenshot? Upload it via the open file-sharing service. Send (the free successor to Firefox Send) and paste the link into your message. If you have Wire, you can provide your Wire ID for encrypted support calls.


Quick tips

Forgot your disk encryption password? Unfortunately, it cannot be restored – unlike Windows and macOS, it is never saved to any cloud (which would be a security risk). Therefore, switch to a personal password that you can remember immediately upon delivery.

The computer won't start after a change? Your system files are automatically backed up with Timeshift — so you restore them, or get in touch and we'll help you. Please also regularly back up your own files, e.g. encrypted with Veracrypt (Video guide).

Can't you install updates? Open the terminal and run sudo dpkg --configure -a, and try again.
