Our standard shipping charge is 99 Swedish Kronor including VAT per package. If you order, for example, two computers, the total shipping cost will be 198 Swedish Kronor including VAT. We deliver within Sweden, and the shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Right of cancellation
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product (the cancellation period), according to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. You do not need to state a reason. You may open the packaging and inspect the product in the same way you would have been allowed to do in a shop.
Here's how to cancel: Contact us via contact page, or use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form. Return the product without undue delay, no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund We will refund the amount, including any standard shipping you may have paid, no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or you have provided proof that it has been returned. If the product has been handled more than is necessary to ascertain its characteristics and function, we may deduct for any depreciation in value.
Company When purchasing for a business, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Any returns are subject to agreement.
