The CEO of Ideal Vision AB is responsible for the organisation's processing of personal data. 2. Delivery of goods

We work with Postnord for the transport of goods. We disclose personal data that is necessary for them to deliver the goods to you. The information shared with the carriers is name, address, telephone number and preferred delivery location. The data will be deleted after 12 months.

For security reasons, we store history that includes the IP address from which we receive orders. 
Payment details at Teuton Systems are: IP address, name, address, email and mobile phone number.

Any system that processes personal data linked to the payment of orders is strictly limited to the employees who perform the necessary tasks related to the order.

3.1 Card payments
Card numbers are not stored for any longer than necessary to ensure the efficient handling of any charge, order cancellation and credit issues. It is not possible for teuton-systems.com to see your full card number in any of our systems after a purchase has been made. If you encounter problems with a card payment, the teuton-systems.com payment officer can find the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number (IIN/BIN number) to identify the bank that issued the card.

If you choose card as your payment method, payment and card details will be shared with our card payment provider: Worldline e-payment services and Digital River. Payment and card details are only used to make a payment.

To make shopping even easier, you can choose to store your card information securely at checkout. Our payment partner, Digital River, will then store the card on its secure systems. We do not store your card details without referring to them with an identifier. Subsequent purchases using the stored card are easy to make, therefore it is important that you log out of your customer account once you have completed the transaction and, where applicable, ensure that unauthorised persons do not have access to the device you are using. You are responsible for not sharing your username and password with others.

The information you provide when paying online will only be linked to your customer account. The information is stored in accordance with applicable laws. The intention is that you should not have to enter your card details every time you complete a purchase with us.

You can easily add new payment cards and delete stored cards at checkout. To process the payment, we will forward the card details to our payment providers Worldline e-payment services and Digital River. They store the information securely and accurately and are certified in accordance with the card companies' strictest regulation, PCI Level 1.

3.2 Klarna Invoice
For payment by invoice from Klarna, we will send personal data to Klarna. The information will consist of address, e-mail address, mobile phone number, IP address and social security number. What information the supplier shall have access to and how it shall be processed is regulated by a data processing agreement between teuton-systems.com and Klarna.

3.3 Safeguard agreements
If you choose to add an insurance policy to one or more products you purchase from us, we will share personal data with our insurance partner Insr Insurance Group. The information will consist of: name, address, email address and mobile phone number. What information the supplier will have access to and how it will be processed is governed by a data processing agreement between teuton-systems.com and Insr Insurance Group.

4. returns/service partners

In connection with the return and repair of products, teuton-systems.com cooperates with selected service partners. If a product that we have sold has a defect in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act or the Purchase Act, the customer has the right to have it repaired free of charge. The product will then be handled by one of our service partners, and we will share personal data with them. The information will include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, purchase receipt (purchase history).

In cases where the goods cannot be repaired, the service partner can forward the receipt to the manufacturer. This is to inform teuton-systems.com that the item can be replaced with a new one or credited.
