Remote assistance and consultation

Do you need help installing software, guidance and advice or are you simply stuck?

Via remote control, we can solve most problems and you who have booked an appointment can be guided over the phone while we work on your computer with installations, make configuration settings, etc.

For those who have invested in a TS PC, we offer discounted remote assistance and consultation. The basic charge is SEK 445, while one hour of work totals SEK 890. Thereafter, we charge SEK 445 per half hour started.

For customers who do not already own a TS PC, the basic charge is SEK 990 up to one hour and SEK 495 per half hour or more.
