Shipping<\/h5>\n

Our standard price is SEK 99 including VAT per package. If you order, for example, two computers, the total shipping cost will be SEK 198 including VAT. We deliver within Sweden and to most European countries. Mobiles and laptops are shipped abroad; we currently only deliver desktop computers within Sweden. The shipping cost is shown before you complete your purchase.<\/p>\n

Right of cancellation<\/h5>\n

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product (the cancellation period), according to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. You do not need to state a reason. You may open the packaging and inspect the product in the same way you would have been allowed to do in a shop.<\/p>\n

Here's how to cancel:<\/strong> Contact us via contact page<\/a>, or use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form. Return the product without undue delay, no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/strong> We will refund the amount, including any standard shipping you may have paid, no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or you have provided proof that it has been returned. If the product has been handled more than is necessary to ascertain its characteristics and function, we may deduct for any depreciation in value.<\/p>\n
